Services & Pricing

CLAIMS is a multi-user client/server application which is licensed by user. It is sold as a software subscription, billed quarterly. The initial purchase is in the form of four quarterly payments.

On-site installation, training and an on-going subscription are optional and at the discretion of the user.*

CLAIMS is updated periodically. The initial purchase price includes telephone support and product updates for a period of one year.

Service contracts are available consisting of periodic updates and telephone support.

Supplemental training is available at our current daily rate plus travel and lodging expenses.

We are happy to provide the name, address and phone number of current CLAIMS users and discuss the specific needs of your office over the telephone.
