This page is intended for CLAIMS users as a medium for submitting questions and monitoring questions submitted by others. Questions submitted by e-mail will be answered by e-mail or by telephone, as appropriate. An edited version of the question, excluding names, and its answer will be posted in these pages for the benefit of other users.

Additionally, users can use this page to submit suggested changes to the CLAIMS system. Suggestions will be posted in these pages. Users are invited to submit suggestions or comments on the posted suggestions. Please advise us as to whether your suggestion or comment is for publication and, if so, whether or not we may publish your name and e-mail address.
