Case Management
The CLAIMS case management system can track an unlimited number of cases (legal matters) for each client in the system.
Case Action Time Summary (CATS) - Staff members enter actions taken on individual cases as they occur. Entries include the date, time spent on the action and a description of the action taken. Quick access to case history, via a report to the screen, gives staff members needed information without looking for a paper file that may, or may not, be where it belongs.
Staff To-do List - As users log actions taken, optional follow-up actions may be logged. Follow-up actions are assigned a due date and a responsible staff member. Staff to-do lists may be printed to paper or viewed on screen.
